Guide

Machine translation. The Portuguese version is the one that counts.

Who we are and how to contact us.

Write to us at EMAIL_AHERE. We respond in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

How we can help you

• Account problems: you can't log in, you didn't receive the code, you lost your password.
• Payments: your access didn't become active, you need an invoice, you want to know what you purchased.
• Website errors: a question with the swapped answer, a translation that doesn't make sense, a page that won't open. These reports are very valuable to us — tell us the question number, if you have it at hand.
• Doubts about the guide: something you read here that wasn't clear, or that seems wrong to you.

What we cannot help you with

We are not a driving school nor the IMT. We do not book exams, we do not enrol anyone in schools and we do not handle documents. For that:

• Enrolment, lessons and booking exams: the driving school where you are enrolled.
• Exchange of driving licences, foreign licences, personal situations: the IMT.
• Residence and documents: at AIMA.

If you write to us about one of these subjects, we will reply in due course, but we can only forward you to the right place.

Who we are

The company identification, the tax number and the address are in the footer of all pages, as the law requires.
